There is a large separate utility room with hanging/drying space complete with a washing machine/dryer. The surrounding area to the house is mainly paved with adequate parking for two to three cars. Garden furniture and a BBQ provide the setting for a relaxed atmosphere in the fresh air.

Situated just minutes stroll from Port Gaverne beach and within half a mile of the old fishing village of Port Isaac with it's fine restaurants, shops and public houses. The house is also on the local extensive footpath network which allows walkers to explore the local countryside.
