After by-passing Launceston on the A30 turn right onto the A395 sign posted North Cornwall

at Kennards House. Then left at T junction onto the A39.

Turn right after 1 mile onto the B3314 through Slaughter Bridge.

Follow the signs to Delabole and Port Isaac. 2 miles after Delabole turn right to Port Gaverne.

At bottom of hill in Port Gaverne take second left. The house is the last one on the right.
